"Senators" were in charge of things. They won't
conduct legitimate business, their Poor
governance led to Cover-ups. P.R.,
and False Confidence led to Unneeded
delays in combatting Voldemort,
and then they work on the side when they dress
in Dementor Robes and seek Souls to Suck.
Oooh they are Disquieting for they work
security but their Security
can't be trusted. Their bureaucracy
always helps the Darkside and fails good
when they could succeed. We all learn magic
